I am a solicitor in our private client department specialising in probate and administration of complex estates.
I can support you and your family following the death of a loved one and guide you through the legal process. I strive to make sure that the estate administration is handled as smoothly as possible, and the process explained to you fully at all times.
Working alongside our in-house tax specialists, I will also work to ensure that any inheritance tax, income tax and capital gains tax elements are dealt with (and mitigated, where possible).
I am proactive in my approach to administering the estate in a timely way and will ensure that you are kept up to date during the process. My primary aim is to try to take some of the stress away during what can be a difficult time.
I also specialise in the preparation of Wills. Each case is different, whether simple or complex. I will listen to how you would like your estate to pass on your death and ensure that your Will is tailored to your particular situation and achieves your aims.
I am also experienced in preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, as well as the administration of trusts.

I am also a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
In my spare time I enjoy the performing arts, particularly theatre and ballet. I play the violin to a bearable standard and have performed in numerous festivals, concerts and weddings.
