We are looking for an ambitious Real Estate Head of Department to join our existing Real Estate Team servicing our client base across the South West. This a key strategic hire within the Bristol office, where we can offer a rare opportunity to join a forward thinking and entrepreneurial Firm at a time where we are focusing on expanding and growing our offering.
The Real Estate team deals with a variety of quality instructions. The work is wide-ranging and will require collaborative working with other Ince teams in Cardiff, Bristol and London and further afield. We have a client base ranging from SME and owner managed businesses, entrepreneurs, and FTSE companies.
Requirements and previous experience
- Real Estate Lawyer with at least seven years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE);
- Commercially focused with a good technical knowledge;
- You will enjoy the full range of business development, networking and marketing with a proven track record of growing clients;
- Excellent client care skills;
- A good team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other Ince offices; and
- Having a transferable client base or regional contacts is advantageous.
