Ince Metcalfes can offer a fixed fee for obtaining the Grant of Probate only, giving you certainty from the outset of what is included and how much the service will cost. 

An outline of what each of the services include are detailed on the relevant pages, but in summary a Grant of Probate service will be preferred if you are the deceased’s named executor and you wish to administer the estate yourself.  Whereas the full administration service is for clients wishing to seek full professional administration services for the deceased’s estate and division of assets.
