New Private Client Solicitor joins Metcalfes SolicitorsFebruary 18, 2019
Elizabeth Metcalfe, Solicitor, has joined the growing Ince Metcalfes based Private Client team. Elizabeth is experienced in all areas of Private Client services including Will writing, drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection matters. She has a particular interest in Probate and supporting with the administration of taxable and non-taxable estates.
Elizabeth comments; “I am delighted to join the team at Ince Metcalfes Solicitors and work with individuals and families to help them make important decisions about their future, whilst ensuring their wealth and best interests are protected. I am looking forward to getting to know my new clients and providing a friendly and supportive service, during what can often be a difficult time dealing with a loved one's estate or helping manage the affairs of a relative who is in long-term care.”

Prior to joining Ince Metcalfes in January 2019, Elizabeth gained experience in administering complex estates with overseas assets, the creation and management of trusts and advising on the validity of homemade Wills in the course of obtaining probate. Elizabeth graduated from Aberystwyth University in 2012 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2015, specialising in Private Client, Tax and Trusts Law.
Elizabeth is a fully accredited member of the Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE) and has received training through the Alzheimer’s Society Dementia Friends initiative.
